David enjoys leading Start-up Ventures and Agile projects using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Scrum. Over the last 10 years David has managed many “Agile/Digital/Cloud” initiatives from Program Planning to Cloud Adoption and Cloud Operations.
David is a Senior Leader with experience as a Program, Continous Improvement and Organisation Change (OCM) professional and with deep experience in major energy utilities (EnergyAustralia / AusNet) and global financial services (NAB / CBA / Deutsche Bank / Citi Bank) corporations, in addition to Government (WorkSafe / AusPost / TAFE). Internationally, David has a proven ability to successfully deliver “Business Transformations” in the UK (Kleinwort Benson / General Motors), USA (Goldman Sachs), Saudi Arabia (ADS) and Australia (SuperPartners).
David has managed several multi-year Programs valued at over $25M each.
David has also been certified as a Cloud Architect in AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platforms (GCP) and is currenty certified as a coach, mentor and trainer in SAFe and Scrum Master methodologies.
