- Primary Objectives –
- To support and coach the Business & Technology teams in the delivery Value and Outcomes to meet the Strategy and Vision of the Business
- To prepare the Start-up for Investment and/or IPO by ensuring that Business Agility is built into the Start-up’s DNA
- Assist the CEO in developing the Start-up Culture to attract the best and most appropriate talent to drive the Start-up to success
- Commitment from the Start-up CEO
- Ensure the Start-up team is made available to collaborate during the Agile ceremonies – about 3-5 hours per working week
- Review Value at the end of each Program Increment (8 weeks/4 Sprints) as part of the Retrospective
- Follow the Agile Manifesto – Manifesto for Agile Software Development
- Commitment from the Agile Coach
- Educate the team on Agile Principles and Mindset
- Facilitate 2 weekly sprints for delivery cadence or Kanban (or as agreed)
- Facilitate 3 Agile Streams within the Business
- Technology / Business / Investment
- Track delivery in Jira (Kanban/Sprint) & Confluence (Intranet) – or similar tool
- Support Operational Readiness for Technology
- 2-3 days per week – working primarily Remote
- Be a mentor and servant / leader for the CEOs & Business
- Facilitating ALL the agile ceremonies
- Planning / Retrospective / Showcase / Daily Stand-ups
- Shared Commitment
- Establishing the initial Vision and Roadmap
- Initiate the Lean Start-up Cycle
- Identifying the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and additional Program Increment (PI) potential Features
- Defining the initial Solution Intent
- Prioritizing the initial Program Backlog for PI Planning
- Establishing execution responsibilities
